Product & UX Designer with an IT project management background, helping SaaS teams turn complex requirements into clear, launch-ready product experiences.
Two recent case studies — from problem framing through shipped, tested design.

Sellers struggled to produce product infographics without design skills. I designed a guided, template-driven editor built on seller workflows, giving them a fast path to listing visuals that support sales.

Booking a ticket took too many unclear steps. I rebuilt the flow around research findings and a simplified seat-selection model, resulting in a tested, accessible end-to-end experience.
Before moving into product design, I spent more than five years leading international IT projects across aviation, enterprise platforms, and B2B digital products. That experience taught me how to ask the right questions, navigate different perspectives, and connect product decisions with real business context.
Today, I bring that perspective into my design work—combining structured problem-solving with empathy and curiosity. I’m especially drawn to SaaS products where thoughtful design can make unfamiliar tools feel clear, approachable, and trustworthy.
